First of all, Hutchinson was not in the vehicle when the alleged incident took place, and she testified to the hand-picked (by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi) committee only as to what she claims she was told. In other words, her testimony is what is referred to as “hearsay” evidence, which is only rarely admitted in a court of law. Some of those who were actually in the vehicle during the alleged incident have said they were not asked by the committee to testify, but they would be willing to do so now.

According to Hutchinson’s hearsay testimony, Trump demanded that his Secret Service agents drive his limousine to the Capitol, where the infamous riot was taking place. It is not clear what Trump intended to do when he got to the Capitol, but the agents have reportedly confirmed that he was irate and that he did want them to take him to the Capitol. The 23-person special grand jury is expected to produce a report at the conclusion of its service, which will recommend whether Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis should pursue charges against Trump or Trump allies, although the ultimate decision ultimately lies with the District Attorney, who was elected Democrat in 2020. 

In the Fulton County Grand Jurys subpoena to Graham, they noted that Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R) and his staff had received at least two calls from the Senator following the 2020 election. Giuliani was one of several witnesses who were subpoenaed related to his appearances before Georgia lawmakers in December 2020.

So, the witch hunt continues with the Democrats. This is their way of trying to change the topic of what the American people want. What the American people want is the Biden administration and the rest of the Democrats to deal with the inflation. The American people go to bed now wondering if they can make it another week, if they can feed their kids, or if they will survive another Biden re-election in 2024.
